HELENA PUOLAKKA has joined Sonny's restaurant in Barnes, south-west London, as head chef. She was previously head chef at La Tante Claire, London.
VANESSA NORTH, previously general manager of Sonny's sister restaurant, Sonny's in Nottingham, has joined Fresh restaurant in Hockley, Nottingham, as general manager.
ANDREW BATCHELOR is the new resident manager at the Royal Lancaster hotel, Hyde Park, London. He was previously director of conference and banqueting there.
CRAIG ROBERTSON, previously executive manager of conference and banqueting at the hotel, has replaced him.

CORAL WILKINSON as global sales manager. She was previously a sales manager for contract caterer Payne & Gunter, which is based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
MARK FLOWER has been promoted to director of sales and marketing at the Sheraton Skyline Hotel and Conference Centre at Heathrow, London. He was corporate sales director for parent company Starwood Hotels and Resorts at its head office in Piccadilly, London.
ANNE SCOTT has been appointed hotel manager at the Sheraton Park Tower in Barnes, London. She was previously regional vice-president of human resources with hotel chain Marriott International.
AMANDA HOWLEY has joined the Crowne Plaza Edinburgh as events manager. She was sales team manager for groups and events at the Marriott Dalmahoy hotel in Kirknewton, Midlothian.
RICK HASLAM has joined Hilton-owned LivingWell health clubs as commercial director. He was previously franchise director at the division and is based at Living Well's headquarters in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
