The Grove hotel in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, has made its first senior management appointments ahead of its July opening.
DIANA BANKS is on board as director of sales and marketing. She worked previously as director of sales for Europe at the Millennium & Copthorne hotel group.
STEPHEN WHEELER will be head chef at the five-star site, joining from department store Harrods, in Knightsbridge, London.
MICHAEL O'DWYER, already in place as the site's managing director, is continuing in his bid to recruit 250 staff to work at the Grove, which will feature three restaurants and conference and banqueting facilities for up to 500 people.
