The 2009 Hotel and Catering Show takes place at the Bournemouth International Centre on 10-11 March.
There will be several new exhibitors showing products as diverse as digital television and audiovisual equipment, a herb-infused ale, reuseable ice sculptures and a grapefruit manicure in a jar.
