Springboard's 2003 Careers Festival, aimed at attracting youngsters into hospitality, starts next Monday - and
Caterer wants to hear what you're doing for it.
Running from 31 March to 6 April, the nationwide week of activities is designed to celebrate and promote the hospitality and tourism industry as a great place to work.
Highlights of the festival include a skills challenge at the Brewery, Chiswell Street, London, where organisations such as David Lloyd Leisure and Hilton Hotels will give students the chance to try out skills required for a career in hospitality.
Other regional events will see 70 students and lecturers from Norwich City College taking control of the city's George hotel for 24 hours, and a major industry-dedicated jobs fair at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.
"This year's careers festival is going to be massive, and we hope that the hundreds of great events taking place up and down the country will attract new recruits," said Anne Walker, managing director of Springboard UK.
