Vision UK, a company that specialises in serviced hotel suites and supported living, has bought a B&B in Exeter.
St Nicholas House hotel is a 14-bedroom hotel with a breakfast room and two flats that is near the local station and the city centre.
The hotel has good links to the key attractions of Devon and Cornwall.
The Exeter office of Christie + Co sold the freehold off an asking price of £675,000.
