Balsamic treats from Prep

Balsamic vinegar is considered the finest of all vinegars and an essential ingredient in classic Italian dishes. The Chalice range, sourced from the Modena region of Italy, is a dark, aromatic, smooth and syrupy vinegar with a sweet-sour, rich flavour with hints of herbs and port.

To celebrate the introduction of the range of balsamic vinegars and glazes, Prep Foodservice Solutions is offering one Buy It! reader a Tuscan meal for two, worth £100, at Restaurant Caldesi in London, which is owned by TV chefs Giancarlo and Katie Caldesi.

For your chance to dine chez Caldesi, e-mail your name, job title, company name and address to Suzi at Proactive Communications.
