As any barista will tell you, it requires a particular skill to froth the milk for long coffee drinks such as cappuccinos and lattes. The Coffee Machine Company is introducing the latest machine from Rancilio, the Classe 10, which features an optional automatic TSC (temperature, steam, cappuccino) wand that steams the milk to a preset temperature then produces froth without any effort. The all-metal machine is available in two-, three- or four-spout models.
