Young Chef Young Waiter 2004

There's less than one week to submit your application for the Restaurant Association's Young Chef Young Waiter 2004 competition.

The judges will be looking for 32 chefs and 32 waiters to compete in two regional finals in Oxford and St Helens, Merseyside, in September. Following the heats, the eight chef and eight waiter finalists will visit the Champagne Louis Roederer estate in France before taking part in the finals at London's Westminster Kingsway College on 4 October.

Entrants must be 25 or under on 31 December 2004 and working full-time in the UK's hospitality industry. Entry forms can be obtained by calling the Restaurant Association on 0845 880 7744 or by e-mailing rachel.pearson@bha.org.uk. The closing date is 28 July.
