Originally based in Bakewell, in 1988 Max and Susan Fischer relocated their successful restaurant business to Baslow Hall, on the edge of the Chatsworth Estate.
After years of award wining cookery including a Michelin star, chef-proprietor Max Fischer has now passed the torch to his former sous chef Rupert Rowley.
Sponsored by EBLEX, the English Beef and Lamb Executive, the event starts at 12.30pm with a drinks reception.
Afterwards head chef Rowley and kitchen director Fischer will talk to visiting chefs and give a tour of the kitchen garden.
