Plum sauce

Ingredients

100g soaked plums (Chinese type)
20g fine ginger julienne
20g fine chilli julienne
200g water
400g sugar
50g honey
1tbs corn starch

Method

Add the soaked plum julienne ginger and chilli to a pan of boiling water. Add sugar and honey. Thicken with corn starch.

Add more sugar for sweeter sauce.
