Basa fillet

Pangasius, or basa, is the latest addition to Young's food service range. Basa is an ivory-white fleshy freshwater fish produced by Young's accredited farmers in the Mekong Delta of Vietnam, and is considered to have a similar taste and texture to lemon sole.

There are three products: breaded Basa Goujons, made from 100% fish fillet and coated in a fresh breadcrumb; a skinless and boneless 60g Basa Portion, also made from 100% fish fillet; and a skinless and boneless natural 120-170g Basa Fillet.
