Crumbed salmon for kids from Bernard Matthews

Atlantic Norwegian salmon forms the basis of the new Salmon Fillets in a Wholemeal Crumb from Bernard Matthews, which was designed to meet the healthy-eating initiatives in schools but will appeal equally to caterers serving children in family pubs, restaurants, hospitals and leisure and travel facilities.

Each 60g fillet is coated in crisp wholemeal crumbs and contains one-third of the recommended weekly intake of omega-3 essential fatty acids. Sodium levels remain low, at just 200mg per 100g.

The fillets, which are individually quick-frozen, will oven-bake in just 15 minutes and are supplied in cases of 48 portions.
