TilapiaRed snapper, barracuda, mahi mahi, barramundi and kingfish are a range of portion-controlled, fresh, exotic suprêmes now available from M&J Seafood. They are caught between the Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal and processed at a state-of-the art factory at Trivandrum, Kerala, for M&J, which has ensured the supply chain is traceable and temperature-controlled.

The 190-210g portions are sold in packs of two and the 150-180g portions in packs of three. All are supplied vacuum-packed, boneless and square-cut with the skin left on.

Also available is tilapia, a native of the River Nile that is now farmed worldwide. All varieties (orange, black and red) provide a firm white flesh and mild taste that does not need to be marinated or doused in sauces. The fresh, skinless, boneless fillets weigh about 100-150g and cost 89p each.
