Fishy feasts from Brakes

Salmon and Pepper KebabsNewcomers to the Brakes range of fish products are two low-fat, non-fried crumbed fish options, Salmon and Pepper Kebabs, and Wild Alaskan Diced Keta Salmon, which is approved by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC).

Both the Brakes Breaded Whitefish portions and Brakes MSC Cod Fishcakes feature non-fry crunchy rustic crumb and low levels of sodium and are sold in frozen packs of 40 x 57g portions.

The kebabs, sold frozen in cases of 24 x 120140g portions, combine hand-prepared, cubed Atlantic salmon fillets with red and green peppers that are coated in a light lemon and black pepper coating.

The Brakes MSC Wild Alaskan Diced Keta Salmon is sold skinless and boneless in 2kg packs.
