Sustainable frozen range from 3G

Salmon and monkfish coquilleHaving seen a revival of favourites such as whitebait, scampi and coquille, 3G Food Service & Seafood Solutions has introduced a new range of frozen fish and seafood products, all sourced from sustainable resources and processed in the UK.

In order to broaden their appeal, the West Country Whitebait Fillets are hand-filleted from larger fish with the head and tail removed. "

Just" Breaded Scampi is caught, hand-shelled and produced entirely in Scotland, is additive-free and has not been tumbled in brine or had polyphosphates added, giving it the added benefit of being low in salt.

Salmon and Monkfish Coquille is made with prime chunks of farmed salmon and locally sourced monkfish in a white wine sauce sprinkled with breadcrumbs and presented in a natural scallop shell.

Pack sizes are 10 x 454g (about 20 pieces per bag) for the scampi; 10 x 500g (about five portions per pack) for the whitebait fillets; and 10 x 140g (excluding shell) for the coquille.
