The first-ever UK commercial combi-microwave oven from Sanyo has been launched by Valera.
With up to 50 preset programmes of up to three stages each, the EMCD2900 offers 800W microwave and 1,250W convection, selectable in combination or individually. Internal cavity dimensions are 165mm high x 330mm wide x 330mm deep.
Valera claims that the new oven is ideal for regenerating bread and pastry-based items. Features include energy-saving mode and automatic shut-down. List price is £1,695.
