The new Mixer Station from Cantilever Bars is a one-stop shop for mixing drinks behind the bar which handles all aspects of the craft, from preparing garnishes to binning the waste.

The station combines the ice chest, speedrail and garnish tray with the successful Calabrese Sink that the company developed with legendary barman Salvatore Calabrese as an answer to the time-consuming and messy task of moving waste from sinks to bins to prevent blockages.

The sink comes complete with a rubbish chute, chopping board, bin and waste-disposal system.

The Mixer Station can be used as a stand-alone unit or incorporated with the operator’s existing bar or within the Cantilever bar.
