Lincat has added an electric salamander grill (model OE7304) to its Opus 700 range of medium- to heavy-duty cooking equipment.
The 5.5kW grill has an enamelled interior and top and front exterior for durability. It uses powerful electric elements for rapid heat-up and a reversible cast-aluminium branding plate that absorbs heat quickly and retains it.
It has an integral fat collection channel and an easy-to-clean chrome-plated wire grill support that doubles as a toasting rack. The OE7304 is priced at £951.
