Ready meals from 3G

Big Eat Moussaka

A range of both individual and multiportion ready meals has been launched by 3G Food Service.

The line-up includes classic, international and vegetarian dishes including Moussaka, Vegetable Pasta Arabiatta, Broccoli & Cream Cheese Bake, and Big Eat Spinach & Ricotta Cheese Cannelloni, along with children’s options such as meatballs and spaghetti or cheese and tomato pasta.

The individual portions (sold in packs of 12) come in containers that can be heated in both conventional and microwave ovens.

There are two sizes across the 14 options, with list prices from £1.59 to £2.67 per portion. Medium meals are 340g, except for the 350g Chilli Con Carne, and large portions are 450g, except the 500g Chicken and Smoked Bacon Pasta.

The three multiportion meals are Deep Dish Lasagne Verdi, Deep Dish Vegetable Lasagne (both sold as 6 x 300g portions per 1.8kg tray) and the Deep Dish Cottage Pie, which is supplied as 6 x 330g portions per 1.98kg tray.

Minimum orders are for two trays and per-portion list prices range from £1.17 to £1.67.
