Jersey double cream forms the basis of a new line of luxury ice-creams from Espice flavoured with exotic spices sourced from around the globe.

The spice-infused ice-creams - made in the Cotswolds from natural ingredients - can be teamed with desserts and savoury dishes as well as eaten on their own.

The six flavours - Allspice, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove, Nutmeg and Star Anise - are all supplied in four-litre catering packs for £17.50.
