Pastry Post - the gourmet online ordering service for Pidy pastry cases - has launched a 105-piece selection pack that showcases nine types of pastry case from the Belgium-based manufacturer.
It aims to give chefs, caterers, bakers and artisan food manufacturers the chance to try the variety of ready-baked cases without having to buy whole packs of each product.
The selection includes shortcrust tartlets in different sizes and flavours (both sweet and neutral), blind-baked quiche cases, profiteroles, mini square vol-au-vents, meringues and a new low-fat crispy corolla cup made with sunflower oil.
The pack includes a tip sheet and sample recipes are also posted on the Pastry Post website.
The collections are offered at the special price of £10.05 plus delivery, and all orders placed by 8am on Mondays will be delivered direct from the Belgian bakery to anywhere in the UK by Friday.
