Toad in a Roll from Accolade

The traditional toad-in-the-hole is now available in a mini version - Toad in a Roll - that provides an alternative finger food to the sausage roll.

The 40g mini toads are the first in a range of new, coated products to be made by Accolade Foods on a £100,000 production line.

Like its full-sized sibling, it’s based around a Lincolnshire sausage encased in traditional Yorkshire pudding roll that’s par-fried in the factory to set the coating and can be oven-baked or deep-fried from frozen.

The mini toads are packed 50 to the 2kg case and a vegetarian option is available.
