Weight-conscious women looking to get into shape for the beach are the targets of the new “In Your Bikini, Baby” lunchbox from the award-winning, hand-made sandwich, salad and cake supplier Fresh! Naturally Organic.
The box combines a low-calorie side salad with a more substantial sandwich with fewer than 200 calories and 4% fat within biodegradable, compostable packaging.
The sandwich, which is also available on its own, brings together tuna, coriander pesto, avocado slices, mixed baby salad leaves and a mango chilli salsa in three-grain bread.
The salad adds mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes, fresh peppers, cucumber, grated carrot, sweetcorn and pumpkin seeds to the mix.
The lunchbox can form part of a minimum order of £50 (about 26 products) that can be placed as mixed cases of products from the Fresh! range.
