Mini-size gourmet pies are part of a new range of buffet foods for all occasions from bakery supplier Delice de France. Along with Steak & Ale, Delice offers two mixed selections of mini pie - either Lamb & Redcurrant pie packaged with Duck, Apricot & Hoisin Sauce pie, or Peppered Steak twinned with Chicken & Mushroom.

Vegetarians are catered for with a mini open pie filled with fresh tomatoes, roasted red peppers and feta cheese, along with the Cheese & Vegetable buffet-sized pasty that has been introduced with a Corned Beef option.

The new line-up also includes mini mixed sausage and chutney turnovers that combine pork cocktail sausages with two chutney fillings - apple or autumn (plum, apple, onion and tomato) chutney.

Completing the new range is a mixed sweet buffet pastry selection of lattice-topped puff pastries filled with either Chocolate & Vanilla or Strawberry & Vanilla flavours, which come in two-bite and one-bite mini portions.
