The premium London Fruit and Herb brand of teas from Typhoo has now been launched into the food service market with an exclusive line-up of six flavours to help caterers cash in on a growing market - fruit and herb teas currently account for more than 11% of the total market for hot drinks consumed outside the home.
The options include Peppermint Tingle, Camomile & Honey, Lemon & Lime Zest, Blackcurrant Bracer, Orange & Ginseng, and Super Fruits - a mix of blackberry, blueberry and açai.
The teas are supplied in cases of six boxes, each containing 20 enveloped tea bags.
