Caterers can help their customers keep cool this summer with the aid of the six new fruity flavours to join the mid-price Fischer ice-cream and sorbet collection from Schöller, along with four new flavours in its super-premium Mövenpick All Natural range.
The new Fischer ice-creams include Banana, Praline with caramelised hazelnut pieces, and Coconut with shavings of the coconut meat. The new sorbets are Cassis - a blackcurrant-flavoured sorbet with blackcurrant pieces - Mango, and Citron Blank.
Mandarin and Cranberry (with fruit pieces and cranberry sauce), Mirabelle Plum and Apricot (with apricot pieces), and White Chocolate (with chocolate slivers) are the new Mövenpick ice-creams, with Raspberry Sorbet the fourth newcomer.
All flavours come in 2.4-litre tubs and prices range from £5.90 for the Fischer brand to £10.20 for the Mövenpick flavours.
