Gary Rhodes would follow celebrity chefs Antony Worrall Thompson and John Burton Race into the jungle on ITV’s reality show I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here.
The Michelin-starred chef told the Sun newspaper he would be interested in appearing on the jungle show, adding that his only concern would be the other contestants.
Rhodes said: “I am adventurous and I wouldn't mind going in the jungle.”
“It's just the people I'd get lumbered with that worries me. I would always definitely, definitely go in if I could be with the Manchester United squad and Alex Ferguson.”
During last year’s season of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here John Burton Race’s wife – who he was divorcing - famously closed his Michelin-starred restaurant while he was appearing on the show, sacking its 20 staff.
