The South of England Agricultural Society seeks expressions of interest to participate in the tender for the provision of "year round", permanent catering services, based in the Norfolk Pavilion at the South of England Centre, Ardingly, Haywards Heath,West Sussex. This is an opportunity with great potential to build on the current business – already in excess of a quarter of a million pounds. The facilities include 2 bars, 2 equipped kitchens and storage.
The services are required to a high standard and will include provision of catering for a wide variety events in various locations during the year and for Members and Guests in the Norfolk Pavilion at the South of England Show.
The new contract will run for 3 years from 1st January 2011. Caterers will be selected to tender on the basis of their experience, resources and management structure and their financial stability. Caterers wishing to be considered should provide information on their experience of similar contracts by 6th August 2010, to the Society's advisor:
