Water purification system from Pure H2O

Pure H2O chillerThe Pure H2O water purification system for commercial kitchens and bar areas uses reverse osmosis and deionisation to purify rather than filter water.

Impurities in the water are reduced to as low as two parts per million (ppm) total dissolved solids. In unpurified tap water, this figure can be as high as 500ppm, the manufacturer says.

As with other purification and filtering systems, the H2O system eradicates the need for softeners, saves on storage space, as stock levels of bottled water are reduced, and cuts down on air miles as water no longer needs to be transported - plus it offers reusable glass bottles.

Still or sparkling water is supplied and the Pure H2O systems can be tailored to a venue's requirements - from a standalone bottling system through to a fully installed integrated purification system.
