Chocolady hot chocolate maker from Carpigiani

The bain-marie heating system means there is no danger of burning the chocolate and ensures an even and natural cooking, which leaves the taste, density and smell of the chocolate unaltered.

With a heat-up time of just 15 minutes, the Chocolady's circulating paddle stirs and tempers the chocolate mix into a thick, rich hot chocolate drink.

Available in 10-litre and five-litre sizes, the machine features a transparent bowl to show the beverage about to be served.

Chocolady is compact and easy to maintain and can also be used to heat and mix other kinds of drink, including chai and mulled wine.
