The brewer's innovative Smartwave technology was developed to provide uniformity of extraction and more contact between water and coffee, increasing turbulence in the brew funnel.
Adding to the brewer's versatility are adjustable legs and a slide-out tray enabling the operator to brew into 1.9-litre thermal carafes, 1.9-litre thermal pitchers or 2.2- to three-litre airpots.
A red/green LED read-out indicates brewer status, and an energy-saver model reduces tank temperature during idle periods.
Three-pulse brew routines can be used to adjust the coffee flavour profile and offer superior flavour control.
Smartwave brews 14.8 to 24.2 litres of coffee per hour and is available in a 220-230V model with an attached cordset and Euro plug.
