Mari-Base marinadesTo save caterers the time and effort of sourcing herbs and spices for Asian and Oriental cooking, Major International has replicated the most popular flavour profiles in its Mari-Base marinades.

Available in 12 varieties including Bombay, Oriental, Thai, Tandoori and Hot Tomato, the marinades can be used straight from the jar to tenderise meat, poultry, fish and vegetables in two hours.

Available in 1.25-litre resealable tubs, each marinade yields up to 83 portions and has a shelf life of 12 months if stored unopened.
