Sharwood South East Asian cooking sauceSharwood's offers a complete range of Chinese, Indian and South-east Asian sauces and accompaniments.

The South East Asian range includes 10 ready-to-use sauces such as Lemongrass and Coriander (2 x 2.28kg), Malaysian Rendang (2 x 2.3kg) and Singapore Satay (2 x 2.28kg) - which each provide 25 servings.

Prawn and Thai crackers are each supplied in 1kg packs of 80 servings while egg and rice noodles, Thai green paste (10kg) and tomato pur‚e tubes and tins complete this range.

The Indian selection of seven sauces, pastes and accompaniments - including Spiced Poppadums and Bengal Spiced Chutney - contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The curry pastes contain an authentic blend of pre-fried spices sourced directly from India.

Lighter versions of the sauces containing less fat, salt and sugar are designed to meet Government nutrition guidelines for schools.

Ready-to-use sauces in 2kg packs include Balti, Jalfrezi, Korma and Madras, while the 1.25kg pastes also include Tikka and Tandoori.

A range of four ready-to-use sauces are available in the Chinese range, including Black Bean and Sweet and Sour, supplied in 2kg tubs and made from authentic ingredients sourced from the Far East. Fine or medium egg noodles and prawn crackers are available to accompany these dishes.
