In response to consumer demand for uncomplicated Oriental dining, Amoy offers an improved range of quick-and-easy cooking sauces in 2.25kg bottles for caterers.

Flavours include: Black Bean, Yellow Bean and Yellow Pepper, Sweet and Sour, Mushroom and Oyster, Hoi Sin and Plum, Szechuan Kung Po and Asian BBQ.

Amoy's Straight to Wok noodle range includes wheat-free rice, and thread, medium and udon noodle formats, supplied in cases of 60 x 150g portions.
