Wednesday 27 August 2008 14:25
Dopiaza or double onion sauceSweet Chilli Dipping Sauce and Hoi Sin and Plum Sauce are the latest additions to Knorr's Oriental Sauces range.

Available in seven other flavours including Thai Green Curry, Black Bean and Spicy Szechuan, the sauces are supplied in 2.2-litre cartons with a 12-month shelf life.

The Patak range of five prepared sauces is made to authentic recipes using a blend of traditional herbs and spices: Spicy Tikka Masala; Dopiaza (double onion); Sweet Peshwari Korma with sultanas and tomatoes; Low-fat Tikka Masala with less than 1% fat; and Korma Light Sauce, which is 73% lower in fat and 67% lower in salt than the regular korma. T

he Patak range is supplied in the same quantities as the Oriental selection.

Both the Indian and Chinese ranges have been reformulated to meet Food Standards Agency 2010 salt-reduction targets and contain no hydrogenated oils. They are also free of MSG, artificial colours and flavours, and are suitable for vegetarians.
