Coles Traditional Foods has teamed up with British brewer Adnams to add a twist to its traditional Christmas puddings.
Broadside Original Ale has been used in the recipe which contains first gold hops to add a citrus fruit aroma and flavour.
The original Christmas pudding recipe was created by Coles Traditional Foods founder Chris Cole and is said by the company to have been the Queen Mother's Christmas pudding of choice.
