Turkey cuts from Brakes

Norfolk Black turkey

Three new turkey products join the Brakes 20-strong turkey portfolio. Premiere free-range Norfolk black turkey breast and thigh combi pack comprises two each of raw, boneless skin-on breast lobes and netted boneless skin-on thighs.

Delivered chilled, the turkey breast and thigh are quick to cook and easy to carve.

Brown turkey boneless thigh joints can be served with breast lobes, crowns and butterflies or diced to add to stews and casseroles.

Turkey Tournedos are individual turkey medallions topped with pork, apricot and cranberry stuffing and wrapped in rashers of maple-cured bacon.

They come fully prepared with no bands or string to cut, require thawing before cooking for 20-25 minutes and can be served with traditional accompaniments.
