Bernard Matthews Food Service has introduced a seasonal Mini-Roast-For-One combining rolled turkey fillet with pork, prune and apple stuffing.
Each 250g split turkey fillet is rolled around a stuffing made of pork, prune and apple and can be presented whole or cut into a fan.
Available through frozen food wholesalers nationwide, the turkey fillets are supplied in cases of 12, with a minimum case weight of 2.66kg.
