Marco Pavone is new GM at Elegant's House and Daphne's in Barbados

Elegant Hotels Group has appointed Marco Pavone as general manager of the House and Daphne's in Barbados.

Pavone has worked with Daphne's restaurant since 2001, during which time it became a Zagat-rated restaurant, and previously served as restaurant manager for the Collection Restaurant and Congress Private Dining Club, both in London.
