Conny Andersson becomes executive chef for Sandy Lane Golf and Spa Resort

Sandy Lane Golf and Spa Resort, Barbados, has appointed Conny Andersson as executive chef. Andersson closed his Los Angeles-based business, AK Restaurant and Bar, in June after just seven months trading.

He joins Sandy Lane at the same time as new executive pastry chef Claire Clark.

Over 20 years' experience at executive chef level with various large international operations has seen him work in establishments such as Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Beverly Hills, Nevis, India, Bali and the Maldives.
