Hand-raised pork pie

Product Hand-made Adams & Harlow pork pies

USP Rival pork pie businesses, set up in Lincolnshire 100 years ago, have been revived and united by the founders' great granddaughters, who are using the original recipes and, in some cases, the original, hand-crafted ceramic moulds. The pies are all individually hand-made from 100% British meat and the original hand-raised pies require two days and 16 stages to prepare for the oven.

Details Recipes include the Red Devil Pie (pork, cheese and chilli), Huntsman Pie (layered pork and chicken with a sage and onion stuffing), Gamekeeper Pie (topped with morello cherries) and Pork & Stilton.

Sizes Hand raised - 439g, 670g and 910g; speciality pies - 150g-170g, 440g and 1.36kg. Bespoke pies are made to order.
