USP This new line of healthy coconut waters and smoothies has been launched into the food service market by British Master Chef Gary Barnshaw (a former flavour specialist at Heinz and McCormick) and contain no preservatives, artificial sweeteners or colours. Both lines can double up as healthy mixers and the smoothies can also be used to make fruity dressings, coulis and summer freeze pops.
Range The coconut waters (packed with vitamins and electrolytes) are blended with crushed fruit to create Cherry Vanilla, Pineapple and Minted Apple flavours. The smoothies - Mango & Orange, Strawberry, Blackcurrant & Blueberry, and Caffe Latte - each contain one of the five-a-day recommended servings of fruit.
