Hotelier of the Year 2007 - deadline nears

The closing date for this year’s Caterer and Hotelkeeper Hotelier of the Year award is now upon us.

Entries for the prestigious accord, which has seen past winners such as John Stauss at the Four Seasons in London, Patrick Elsmie of Gleneagles and Hotel du Vin’s Robin Hutson, need to be with us by close of play on Friday 10 August.

Sponsored by Louis Jadot, the sought after title was won by Calcot Manor’s Richard Ball last year. 

Ball is one of the judging panel that will be putting competitors through their paces to find a worthy successor this year and is looking for “a communicator [with] a clear commitment to hospitality-based service, and a concern for the industry and all who work in it”.
