Surfaces of differing heights provide new food presentation opportunities in two new lines to join the Figgjo Front collection of crockery.
Figgjo Duell, which was designed for use during this year's Bocuse d'Or Europe competition, comprises round, oval and square plates each with two surface areas that are equal in size but separated in height.
A more extreme height difference is designed into the Figgjo Podium plates, which have an elevated surface in the centre for dining and a usable wide rim that angles towards the raised middle.
