CSD convection steamer

The Hobart range of convection steamers has been designed with safety, hygiene and energy conservation in mind.

The Hobart CSD convection steamer features an autoclean function - a one-touch, fully automatic, integrated cleaning program. With no need to wait for the oven to cool down, the cleaning is instant. On completion of the cleaning cycle, the oven will shut down, drain the integral steam generator and open the vents and doors, reducing the risk of bacteria. This also means that, in terms of COSHH compliance, there is no need for an operator to handle the cleaning chemical as it is automatically dosed.

The unique, heat-reflective, double-glazed door ensures that heat is reflected back into the oven chamber, while the two-stage motorised opening enables safe evacuation of heat and steam before the door opens fully.

The internal drip tray fitted inside the door ensures that condensation created during cooking doesn't drip on to the floor when the door is opened, while the steam generator is designed to use minimum quantities of water.

Super insulation properties ensure that heat is directed where it's needed - inside the oven, not outside - saving energy and running costs.
