Tapping into the market for ethically-sourced speciality coffees, Origin Coffee has launched the Seasonal Collection range, a collection of world-class single-estate and blended coffees hand-roasted at the Origin Roastery.
Spanning South America, Africa and the Far East, each Seasonal Collection coffee is made from speciality arabica beans. The current range comprises four single-estate coffees for cafetières and filters and one espresso blend.
Origin buys its Seasonal Collection coffees direct from farmers at the time of harvest with price negotiated direct and solely on the quality of the crop.
The company has also created a coffee school with professional barista training offered to all trade accounts.
