Italian-born chef Santino Busciglio (ex-Number Twelve) has launched his first solo venture on the former site of Gennaro Contaldo's famous Passione restaurant on Charlotte Street. The contemporary menu bears Sicilian influences while the 100-bin wine list is exclusively Italian.

Menu Italian - dishes include smoked venison with broccoli and balsamic onions; sea bass ravioli with pumpkin, chilli and razor clams; belly of pork with polenta, Savoy cabbage and apple chutney; and cannoli filled with sweet ewes ricotta.
