Manufacturers of the Le Verre de Vin wine preservation system, Bermar, has introduced the Pod Bar, the latest application of its preservation technology.
The Pod Bar has been designed for the widest possible application in the on-trade. While many cabinets can be included only in new-build operations and refurbishments, the modular design of the Pod Bar makes retro-fitting possible.
The Pod Bar enables the glass to be poured "fresh from the bottle" in front of the customer. There is also the opportunity to preserve opened bottles of sparkling wine and Champagne.
