The Cane Sugar Drum is a new packaging format from Tate & Lyle designed specifically for the catering market.
The drums, which are exclusive to Tate & Lyle, have their own carrying handle and feature new recipe ideas and tips for chefs. They come in 3kg and 12.5kg packs and are available in two variants - Caster and Granulated sugar.
Cane Sugar Drums will not leak and are water resistant. The products are part of industry loyalty programme, Foodservice Rewards, whereby yellow labels on each drum can be redeemed for rewards.
