Canterbury Foods has a new range of sausage rolls designed specifically for the bake-off market. The rolls are available in two sizes, 8in (40 units per case) or 6in (70 per case). The company has also designed a new sausage roll-shaped snack, but with a filling based on a Cornish pasty mix rather than sausage meat.
